ARMY COMMON OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
(AR-COE)
Per the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7 (May 2010), "the Common Operating Environment is an approved set of computing technologies and standards that enable secure and interoperable applications to be rapidly developed and executed across a variety of Computing Environments."
AMRDEC houses the repository of AR-COE, which is a one stop shop for receipt, storage, and managed distribution of Common Operating Environment and Brigade Combat Team Modernization software and supporting documentation.
