The Prototype Integration Facility incorporates a mechanical department and state-of-the-art equipment that can produce various types of fabrication solutions. Our mechanical manufacturing capabilities include all types of metal machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and painting. We maintain outside sources to supplement in-house capabilities in the areas of specialized coatings including chemical agent resistant coating (CARC), plating, heat-treating and other specialized processes. Our experienced mechanical engineering and fabrication team is capable of producing top quality products with minimum lead times. Our state-of-the-art facility includes the latest technology in CNC and conventional machine tools available.
