Background:
In the past year, Prototype Engineering Division has supported IMMC with the fabrication of spare parts, new parts, and tools for aviation programs. This support is provided where procurement sources no longer exist, low quantities make procurement difficult and cost prohibitive, or a quick response is required.

Background:
Army Needed a Quick Deployable, Highly Mobile Air Traffic
Control Tower For Remote Airfields

Activities:
• 12 Month Effort Initiated, Teamed with Redstone Technical Test Center
• Potential 6 Year, $36M Program
• Design & Qualify MOTS in Army ATC Configuration
— Build 1 prototype MOTS
— Integrate ARC 220 & PRC 117s into Tower
— Generate BIT and Hardware control Software
— Integrate 10KW generators on Trailers
— Coordinate EMI, EMC & Road Testing
— Develop Drawing package

Background:
The PATRIOT Battery Command Post (BCP) is a replacement for the M109 Van. The design, fabrication, integration, and testing of Phase 1 Prototype is complete. A total of 24 Phase 1 BCPs will be integrated with 14 already deployed.

Activities:
Phase 1+ Prototype development was initiated in FY03 with requirement to integrate 41 Phase 1+ BCPs.

patriot tactical command system image ribbon imagePATRIOT Batallion Tactical Operations Center

Activities:
The PATRIOT Battalion Tactical Operations Center (BTOC) was fabricated, integrated, and tested through a cooperative effort with the PATRIOT prime and support contractors. Sixteen units were integrated and fielded over a 2 year period in our facility.

The BTOC was later upgraded to the Tactical Command System (TCS). An additional upgrade of the TCS is in process.
