| The Panel presented two
briefings in February. Issues included Youth Sponsorship, Education
2000, Middle School Programs, Youth Services staff hiring and program evaluation.

The following day, the
Panel briefed Mrs. Reimer (wife of the Chief of Staff
of the Army), Mary Ann Ivany (wife of MDW Commander, MG Ivany), Maureen Dubia (wife of
Dir. of Army Staff, LTG John Dubia) and Patty Shinseki (wife of VCSA, Gen. Eric Shinseki).
