One fact of life for Army youth is having to leave home, school and friends to move to a new installation.  Youth Sponsorship helps relocated youth become familiar with their new home.  Teens work with staff on their installation to welcome new arrivals and be their sponsor for a few weeks.  The Army Teen Panel is working to help improve the Youth Sponsorship program for youth and installation staff.

The Teen Panel conducted a survey to see how Youth Sponsorship was working at installations.  You can look at what we asked and what we found out.

Teen Panel is preparing a Youth Sponsorship brochure for youth and a Youth Sponsorship Guide to help staff and teens to have a good Youth Sponsorship program.  You will be able to download the brochure and guide from our web site.
