The Legal Assistance Office can provide eligible clients with a will. Getting a will from the legal typically requires two appointments. At the first appointment you will meet with a legal assistance attorney to discuss what you would like to put in your will. Please bring a completed will worksheet to your first appointment. If you have any questions concerning any portion of a worksheet, an attorney will assist you at the first appointment. Once the will is drafted it will be e-mailed to you for your review.
